Terms of Service
Updated 11 October 2026
Effective date: 11 October 2026
These terms cover use of Fuse, the spend-ceiling proxy and dashboard operated by OSPA Labs at ospalabs.com and fuse.ospalabs.com. By creating an account or sending traffic through the proxy, you agree to them.
The service
Fuse sits in front of provider APIs you already pay for. You store your own provider keys. Your app calls Fuse with a Fuse key. Fuse checks the project ceiling, then forwards the request to the provider that model belongs to. Fuse does not resell tokens and is not a party to your agreement with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, xAI, or any other provider.
Your account
You must give a working email and keep your login to yourself. One person owns the account. You are responsible for Fuse keys you create, including revoking a key that leaks. You must be able to enter a contract for a business. Fuse is not for personal consumer use by children.
Provider charges
Provider invoices stay between you and that provider. A ceiling is a best-effort stop based on token counts the provider reports and the prices in Fuse. It can miss by a small amount when a provider counts tokens differently or a price row is stale. Fuse does not promise a particular provider bill.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly by Paddle, the merchant of record. Until a subscription is active, the proxy answers 402 and does not call a provider. You can cancel in the billing portal. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
Acceptable use
You will not use Fuse to:
- break the law, or break a provider's terms
- probe, overload, or bypass the proxy, another customer, or a provider
- share a Fuse key as a public endpoint
- send malware or run a service whose main purpose is abuse
We can suspend an account that does any of that, or that puts the service at risk.
Availability
Fuse fails closed. If the ceiling check, price table, or key decryption is unavailable, the request is not forwarded. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Fuse and delete your account by asking support. We can end access if you break these terms or if we shut the product down, with notice when we reasonably can. On closure, provider keys and project configuration are deleted. Request metadata may be kept only as long as the data page says.
Liability
Fuse is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, OSPA Labs is not liable for provider charges, lost profits, or indirect damages, and total liability in a year is limited to the fees you paid OSPA Labs for Fuse in that year. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We can update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. If a change is material, we will say so on the dashboard or by email before it applies. Continuing to use Fuse after that date means you accept the update.
